Mandatory Orientation

August 26th, 4:00- 4:30 pm in person Please bring a lap top.

Orientation includes supply pick-up, class information, and assistance with the online learning management system. Please bring your laptop if you think you will need help with the online application.

*We do not provide support on tablets, ipads or phones. 

Course Schedule

September 2-4 Online Didactic

September7-8  In-Person Lab 8-4:30 PM

September 9-11 Online Didactic

September 14-15  In-Person Lab 8-4:30 PM

September 21-23  In-Person final and clinical  8-4:30 PM - Clinical times are TBD

All online didactic days are self-paced from midnight the day before assignments are due until midnight on the due date. 

Proof of the following immunizations:

  • Tuberculosis (TB): Negative skin or blood TB test within the previous year and must be current through clinical experience
  • Influenza Immunization (Flu Shot) – Current year vaccination for students in Clinical Experience from October 1 thru April 30
  • Vaccine requirements are not school admission requirements. They are clinical site requirements, 16 hours of clinical are required for completion of the program. 

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $1199.00*

A $250.00 deposit (non-refundable) is required to hold a seat for you. The balance tuition of $949.00 is due on/before the first day of class. * Payment plans are available at checkout.

  • Textbook, Workbook, and Course Materials
  • Online Access to CNA Course via Canvas
  • Student Identification Card w/ Retracting ID Holder
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider w/ 2-Year (eCard) Certification
  • Uniform (Loaner) Scrubs for Clinical Experience – To Be Returned After Clinical Experience
  • Colorado Background Check*
  • Urine Drug Screening
  • Canvas Tote Bag – “NCTI CNA Program”

 

*Tuition Does Not Include:

  • Immunizations (Can be obtained at your doctor’s office or most healthcare clinics – Ex. Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, or The Little Clinic)
  • Wrist Watch w/ Second Hand (Required)
  • Transportation
  • Out of State Background Check * May be additional charges up to $20.00
  • State Exams 
  • Tuition is non-transferrable

 

*Withdraw within 14 days of the start of the class will result in forfeit of tuition. Withdraw 15 to 30 days prior to the start of class will receive a reimbursement of tuition minus a $200.00 cancellation fee and $50 administrative fee and any related credit card fees. Withdraw 30 day or greater prior to the start of class will receive full tuition refund minus credit card processing fees. Students who are removed from the program according to the dismissal policy are not eligible for a tuition refund.

** Failure to request a waiver prior to the course results in the forfeit of tuition.
