Course Options:
Self-paced Hybrid (online didactic + in-person labs) option.
- Self-paced Hybrid Course Requirements:
- 4 Lab days (must be completed in the correct order)
- 1 Final/clinical orientation **
- 2 Clinical days
For example if you enroll in the FLEXCNA program starting from January 1st you can choose to participate in lab sessions and clinicals scheduled for January, February, and/or March, giving you flexibility to tailor your learning pace.
** It's important to note that orientation and clinical sessions must be completed within the same week. Additionally, your selection of lab days and clinicals must align with the scheduled sessions; you cannot pick days outside of the established timetable. Please refer to the monthly Hybrid CNA registration schedules to determine available dates.
If your preferred class is at full capacity, you'll need to wait for the next opening, which may occur up to one to two months later, especially during peak enrollment periods. However, if you have a specific deadline to meet for completion, it's advisable to opt for a regular monthly HybridCNA class to ensure timely progress towards your goals.

Course Overview
The hybrid CNA course is our most popular program. Each week, students can expect online (didactic) coursework along with hands-on skills lab sessions in our classroom. Additionally, clinical experience, at an NCTI-approved healthcare location, is also required. Students who successfully complete all of the course requirements receive a Certificate of Completion and are able to register for the Colorado State CNA Certification Exam.
Admission Requirements:
- Be at least 16-years old
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Criminal background check/urine drug screen
- Proof of citizenship or legal residency
Proof of the following immunizations:
- Tuberculosis (TB): Negative skin or blood TB test within the previous year and must be current through clinical experience
- Influenza Immunization (Flu Shot) – Current year vaccination for students in Clinical Experience from October 1 thru April 30
- Negative Covid 19 test within 72 hours of clinical experience
Tuition:
Tuition for the program is $1050*
Due to the nature of this class payment is due in full at the time of registration and is not eligible for a tuition refund.

This course must be completed in 90 consecutive calendar days. Students who do not complete the course in the allotted time can request one extension prior to the end of their 90 days, if approved the extension must be used immediately. The extension will not exceed 30 calendar days for a maximum total of 120 consecutive calendar days. Students who fail to request an extension prior to the expiration of their course are not eligible for an extension. Students who fail to finish in the allotted time will need to re-enroll and pay for a new course.
