June 2, 5-6 Online Didactic 

June 7-8 Classroom Lab

June 9, 12-13 Online Didactic

June 14-15 Classroom Lab

June 19-23 Classroom Finals and Clinical Experience (dates and times for clinical experience are TBD)

All classroom labs and finals are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted.

All online didactic days are self-paced from midnight the day before assignments are due until midnight on the due date. 

 

Course Overview

The hybrid CNA course is our most popular program. Each week, students can expect online (didactic) coursework along with hands-on skills lab sessions in our classroom. Additionally, clinical experience, at a NCTI-approved health care location, is also required. Students who successfully complete all of the course requirements receive a Certificate of Completion and are able to register for the Colorado State CNA Certification Exam.

Admission Requirements

  • Be at least 16-years old
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Criminal background check/urine drug screen
  • Proof of citizenship or legal residency

 

Proof of the following immunizations:

  • Tuberculosis (TB): Negative skin or blood TB test within the previous year and must be current through clinical experience
  • Influenza Immunization (Flu Shot) – Current year vaccination for students in Clinical Experience from October 1 thru April 30
  • Negative Covid 19 test within 72 hours of clinical experience
  • One updated Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or the original two-dose series (Moderna-Pfizer) with one updated booster, or Johnson & Johnson with 1 updated booster. Vaccine requirements are not school admission requirements. They are clinical site requirements, 16 hours of clinical are required for completion of the program. 

 

**If you require a medical waiver for the Covid-19 vaccination email [email protected] prior to registration. Medical waivers will be reviewed by the clinical site and approved or denied. Religious waivers are not available. 

 

Tuition

Tuition for the program is $995.00*

A $250.00 deposit (non-refundable) is required to hold a seat for you. The balance tuition of $745.00 is due on/before the first day of class. * Payment plans are available at checkout.

*Tuition Does Not Include:

  • Immunizations (Can be obtained at your doctor’s office or most healthcare clinics – Ex. Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, or The Little Clinic)
  • Wrist Watch w/ Second Hand (Required)

  • Out of State Background Check * May be additional charges up to $20.00
  • State Exams

 

*Withdraw within 14 days of the start of the class will result in forfeit of tuition. Withdraw 15 to 30 days prior to the start of class will receive a reimbursement of tuition minus a $200.00 cancellation fee and $50 administrative fee and any related credit card fees. Withdraw 30 day or greater prior to the start of class will receive full tuition refund minus credit card processing fees. Students who are removed from the program according to the dismissal policy are not eligible for a tuition refund.

** Failure to request a waiver prior to the course results in the forfeit of tuition.
